Our quality tests have demonstrated that frequent use of your machine combined with the use of hard water and lack of regular descaling can cause heavy limescale residue, which is very harmful to your coffee machine. In such cases please: Use twice as many pouches of descaling solution as indicated in your machine's user manual.

Nespresso recommend to descale Original machines after 200 capsules or max after 3-4 months.

For Vertuo machines recommend to Descale after 500 capsules or max after 5-6 months.
