Stormio
Stormio is a gathering storm in a coffee cup. This coffee is a darkly roasted blend that rushes in with a myriad of aromas. But how could all that strength come from Arabicas? A long, slow roast intensifies the Nicaraguan and Guatemalan cereal aromatics to notes of spice and wood. Adding milk softens the intensity of Stormio but the distinct roasted notes remain.
Origin
An all-Arabica blend composed mostly of high grown beans from Nicaragua and Guatemala.
Roasting
Both splits get a dark and slow roast to build intensity and intensify the cereal, spicy and woody notes of this coffee.
