Pur Arabica from Central and South America
The dense character of the Intenso blend is the result of a split roasting. Guatemalan washed Robusta origin undergoes a long roasting time to gain in intensity while balancing its bold and bitter notes. Mexican and Latin American Arabicas are roasted darker and shorter to decrease acidity and enhance notes of brown sugar.
An intermediate flow and high temperature ensure the intensity and the body of this coffee.
