The rich biodiversity as well as cold, wet ocean winds, create a cooler climate on the Galapagos Islands than is normal on the Equator. This fact, together with volcanic soils, create special coffee-growing conditions. Inspired by this land, our experts bring you an espresso with roasted, and sweet cereal and biscuit notes. THE STORY OF
GALAPAGOS SANTA CRUZ

Our coffee comes from 6 farms on the island of Santa Cruz, located on very gentle slopes. Coffee is picked by hand and processed by the Wet Process and dried in mechanical dryers.
