Ingredients

  • Ice Cubes: 2 (60g)
  • Honey: 15g
  • 1.5% Cold Milk: 120ml
  • Active: 1 capsule
  • Toppings: Lemon zest and honey

Make it vegan! Replace the milk with any vegan beverage of your choice.

Directions

Into a small Barista Recipe Glass, place 2 ice cubes (of 30g each), and add 10g of honey.

Then, into your Aeroccino, pour 120ml of 1.5% cold milk, close the lid and press the cold foam button.

Once ready, pour the cold foam into the Barista Recipe Glass, over the ice and honey, making sure to leave some room at the top.

Extract 80ml of Active into the glass.

step05

Top it off with lemon zest and for some extra sweetness, a drizzle of honey.
