INFINIMENT FRUITÉ takes its inspiration from the gratifying tartness of the raspberries elegantly crowning your eye-catching patisserie. Inspired by the finesse and artistry of the maître pâtissier, Nespresso’s blenders and roasters crafted an aromatic marriage between smooth, cereal-noted Latin American and African Arabicas and the alluring raspberry flavour. Up the decadence by adding a dash of milk and bringing a soft creaminess to this festive coffee treat.
ORIGIN
To craft Infiniment Fruité we brought the alluring raspberry flavour into a base blend of South American Arabicas. Lightly roasted, the coffees are already alive with their own aromatics—mellow, malted cereal notes.
ROASTING
Split roast, the Brazilian coffee is lightly roasted to keep it smooth and with all its malted cereal notes intact, while the majority of the Colombian coffee beans get a short roast to release all their finer aromatics. A fine grind adds a glimmer of intensity to this harmonious coffee.
