After his training in the Colombi Hotel in Freiburg, the native of Freiburg cooked with Franz Raneburger (Bamberger Reiter) in Berlin, Bobby Bräuer (Hotel Königshof) in Munich and Hans Haas (Tantris) in Munich amongst others. A high standard in quality and freshness as well as seasonal and regional products are given the highest priority in the Gasthaus zum Raben.
