A velvety textured cup with an unexpected up-front walnut and sandalwood fragrance, this coffee displays unusual herbal notes reminiscent of thyme or rosemary.
A 100% Brazilian Pure Origin blend from Cerrado district (Minas Gerais state) and Espirito Santo state. It is enhanced by dulcet pulped natural Bourbon from Carmo de Minas and Poços de Caldas (Minas Gerais state).
Espirito Santo beans are roasted separately for an optimal time as to preserve the herbal notes. The beans from the other regions are roasted together in a dark roasting mode and for much longer to enhance body, intensity and bitter notes.
