Origins
This 100% arabica blend gets its coffee mostly from Ethiopia and Indonesia.
Roasting
The first part of this blend gets a light and short to enhance the delicate notes typical of Ethiopian arabica. The second gets a medium roast to bring balance and roundness to the cup.
