Origins

This decaffeinated blend is created with the highest-quality arabicas from Colombia and Brazil, in combination with a delicious unwashed robusta for extra intensity.
Rainforest alliance certifiedAAA Sustainable quality program since 2003
Our programs help regenerate the environment where coffee grows. We source over 40% of our coffee from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms.

Roasting

The Colombian beans are the majority of the blend and get separated from the other two for a short and dark roast. The other coffees are roasted together to a medium profile, creating a dark blend overall that is not overly harsh.
