Origins
A blend composed of arabicas coming from the Yunnan, China's historic coffee province and Uganda.
Roasting
To reveal all the typical characteristics of the two regions, we roast the arabica beans by origin. The Chinese bean are slow-roasted to reveal elegant vegetal notes, while the Ugandan beans get a short, high-temperature roast to bring out the sweet cereal notes.
