b) To participate in the offer, the Nespresso® machine must be purchased between the dates indicated in one of the associated retail partners of Nespresso® (see the list of partner stores at www.nespresso.com/presente) or in one of the channels of buys official brand names: Boutiques Nespresso®, telephone 0800 7777 737, website www.nespresso.com or applications for iPhone, iPad and Android.

c) When purchasing a Nespresso® coffee machine from 02/01/2021 to 09/30/2021 and following the related procedures described below, the consumer will receive a selection made up of 80 pre-defined Nespresso® coffee capsules, 20 of which Ristretto Italiano coffee capsules, 20 Firenze Arpeggio coffee capsules, 10 Genova Livanto coffee capsules, 10 Volluto coffee capsules, 10 Roma coffee capsules, 10 Linizio Lungo coffee capsules, with an added value of R $ 200.00 and 1 (one) printed voucher with a unique promotional code that, when used within its terms and conditions, will grant the customer two free months of Nespresso® coffee subscription (1st and 6th month), with a total added value of R $ 253.00 , as a second gift, when registering and activating a Coffee Subscription until 11:59 pm on 10/30/2020.

d) The pack with the selection made up of 80 coffee capsules pre-defined by Nespresso® and a printed voucher with a promotional code for subscription will be a courtesy with an added value of R $ 453.00 and cannot be changed or replaced by any other variation.

e) The date and amount of the purchase of the Nespresso® machine must be confirmed by means of the Purchase Note or Tax Coupon dated 02/01/2021 to 09/30/2021, with the description of the date of purchase and the Nespresso machine ® acquired.

f) This offer is limited to 3 (three) machines per person, this control being made through the Individual Taxpayer Number (CPF) and invoice issued from 02/01/2021 to 09/30/2021. If the customer purchases three machines, he will be eligible to receive 3 packs with the selection made up of 80 coffee capsules predefined by Nespresso® and will only be eligible to register for only one subscription. If the customer wishes, he can transfer the subscription card to someone else.

2. MACHINES PURCHASED ON THE NESPRESSO® CHANNELS (Boutiques, nespresso.com and 0800 7777 737):

a) When purchasing a coffee machine at one of the Nespresso® Boutiques within the campaign period, the customer will receive in hand the pack with the selection consisting of 80 coffee capsules pre-defined by Nespresso® and a printed voucher with a promotional code for subscription, which entitles you to 2 months of free subscription, and the voucher will be applied in the first and sixth months of the subscription.

b) For machines purchased by calling 0800 7777 737, the attendant will send the pack with a selection consisting of 80 pre-defined coffee capsules and a printed voucher with a promotional code that entitles you to 2 months of free subscription (the first and sixth month), to the address chosen by the invoice holder.

c) For machines purchased through the website www.nespresso.com and or through the mobile app for iPhone, iPad and Android, the pack with the selection consisting of 80 pre-defined coffee capsules and a printed voucher with a promotional code that entitles you to 2 months free subscription (the first and the sixth month), will be automatically sent to the address chosen by the invoice holder. A confirmation of the shipment will be sent to the registered email within 4 (four) business days.

3. MACHINERY PURCHASED IN ACCREDITED PARTNER STORES

a) Consumers who buy Nespresso® machines at partner stores will be able to receive their pack with a selection of 80 coffee capsules pre-defined by Nespresso® and a printed voucher with a promotional code that entitles them to 2 months of free subscription (the first and the sixth month) in two ways: (1) over the internet, on your Nespresso® account; or (2) in person, at a Nespresso® Boutique.

b) Consumers who buy Nespresso® machines at partner stores Dufry Brasil (only in Brazilian territory) must follow the process of redeeming gifts, exclusively through our 0800 7777 737 telephone center, until 10/15/2021.

c) Consumers who choose to redeem the pack with a selection of 80 coffee capsules pre-defined by Nespresso® and a printed voucher with a promotional code that entitles them to 2 months of free subscription (the first and the sixth month) over the internet , you must access the offers website www.nespresso.com/presente and register with CPF, access key for the machine's Invoice (44-digit number present in Danfe / Electronic Tax Coupon) and machine's serial number (code composed of 19 characters, including letters and numbers, located in the capsule collection basket). The deadline for registration on the website, according to the rules of these Terms and Conditions, is until 10/15/2021.

d) The pack with the selection consisting of 80 coffee capsules predefined by Nespresso® and a printed voucher with a promotional code that entitles you to 2 months of free subscription (the first and the sixth month), will be released for shipping after validation of the aforementioned documentation, within 04 working days, and the confirmation of the availability of the gifts will be sent to the registered email or the consumer will be able to consult on the website www.nespresso.com/presente. After validation, the pack and voucher will be sent and delivered to the address indicated by the consumer.

e) The consumer who chooses to receive the pack with the selection consisting of 80 coffee capsules pre-defined by Nespresso® and a printed voucher with a promotional code that entitles you to 2 months of free subscription (the first and the sixth month) in person, must present the machine's serial number (bar code located on the packaging and in the capsule collection basket), CPF and invoice or purchase tax coupon, in a Nespresso® Boutique open until 10/15/2021. With all documents validated, gifts are made available to the customer at the same time.

f) Proof of credit and / or debit card will not be accepted as proof of purchase and / or in substitution for sending Coupon or Purchase Invoice.

4. HOW TO SUBSCRIBE

a) To subscribe, registration and activation of the Coffee Subscription must be done exclusively by accessing the website https://www.nespresso.com/br/pt/ativarassinatura and completing the registration process. If the participant fails to register and activate a Coffee Subscription by 11:59 pm on 10/30/2021, the free two month offer will become null and void.

b) At the time of registration, in order to store your card details for the next monthly payments, there will be a symbolic payment of R $ 1.00 which will be returned as a credit to your Nespresso® account.

c) Customers must pay by credit card, for the months in which we do not offer gratuity, that is, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th month and the subsequent months. If the coffee subscription is canceled, paused or the payment is interrupted before the 6th month, the customer will not be eligible for the 6th month free.

d) To activate and effect the Subscription, the registration must be done with the inclusion of the credit card number, as there is no other form of payment for the months in which we do not offer gratuity.

e) The deadline to subscribe is 01/02/2021 to 10/30/2021 and must be done exclusively through the website https://www.nespresso.com/br/pt/ativar-assinatura

5. OTHER PROVISIONS

a) Free Nespresso® items are subject to stock availability, and Nespresso® reserves the right to supplement this offer with alternative items of equivalent value (retail price of R $ 453.00) for both offers in the purchase of a Nespresso® coffee machine in case of unforeseen circumstances or out of stock. There will be no cash alternative available to replace the indicated items.

b) Offer not cumulative with others in progress, valid from 02/01/2021 to 09/30/2021 or while stocks last.

c) The pack with the selection consisting of 80 coffee capsules predefined by Nespresso® and a printed voucher with a promotional code that entitles you to 2 months of free subscription (the first and the sixth month) will be sent to the address indicated by the consumer . It is extremely important that the consumer enter the correct address at the time of the request.

d) Nespresso® reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who interferes with the operation of the promotion, create multiple accounts, use multiple identities or act in any other way that is considered by Nespresso® to be a violation of Terms and Conditions or otherwise harmful.

e) The Subscription benefit may or may not be adhered to by the consumer and it is up to him whether he wishes to subscribe to receive the two months free or not. If the consumer decides not to join, he is still entitled to the selection of 80 capsules predefined by Nespresso®.

f) This offer is valid for the Nespresso® Subscription made exclusively through the website www.nespresso.com/br/pt/ativar-assinatura. It is valid only for the exclusive 116 reais plan available on this page and is not valid for any other Subscription in force on the Nespresso® website.

g) If the consumer chooses to subscribe to the Nespresso® subscription, he will have the right to cancel the subscription at any time, without prejudice. However, if the subscription is canceled, the consumer will not be entitled to the sixth month free.

h) Nespresso® customers who already have a Nespresso® Subscription, are not entitled to participate in the offer, as each customer can only have one subscription per CPF. Offer valid only for new subscribers.

i) The offer is not valid for Nespresso® Professional machines.

j) The offer is only valid for Nespresso® machines purchased nationwide on any of the official Nespresso® channels - Nespresso® Boutiques, telephone 0800 7777 737, www.nespresso.com website or applications for iPhone, iPad and Android or on a of our partner stores.

k) The promotion is not valid for people who do not have the Individual Taxpayer Registration (CPF).

l) The Clique & Retire delivery method (pick-up at all Nespresso® Boutiques) will be valid. The deadline for withdrawal is 1 (one) day, that is, the day after the purchase.
