The offers will be available in the period mentioned in the official purchase channels of the brand: Boutiques Nespresso®, telephone 0800 7777 737, website www.nespresso.com or applications for iPhone, iPad and Android).

b) All offers (coffees, machines and accessories) will be available for the Ambassador customer status of the Nespresso & You program and Nespresso® Subscribers in advance and as an exclusive benefit, from March 4th to 7th, 2021 also considering all terms and conditions described below.

2. COFFEE OFFER

a) In the purchase of 120 to 190 capsules, the consumer gains a discount in the amount of R $ 25.00, a discount that will be given on the order, with the value corresponding to the line of espresso coffees, in which each capsule costs R $ 2, 50. This offer will be available for all official Nespresso® channels: Nespresso® Boutiques, telephone 0800 7777 737, website www.nespresso.com or applications for iPhone, iPad and Android.

b) In the purchase of 200 to 290 capsules, the consumer gains a discount in the amount of R $ 75.00, a discount that will be given on the order, with the value corresponding to the line of espresso coffees, in which each capsule costs R $ 2, 50. This offer will be available for all official Nespresso® channels: Nespresso® Boutiques, telephone 0800 7777 737, website www.nespresso.com or applications for iPhone, iPad and Android.

c) When purchasing 300 capsules or more, the consumer gains a discount of R $ 125.00, a discount that will be given on the order, with the value corresponding to the line of espresso coffees, in which each capsule costs R $ 2, 50. This offer will be available and for all official Nespresso® channels: Nespresso® Boutiques, telephone 0800 7777 737, website www.nespresso.com or applications for iPhone, iPad and Android. Customers with Ambassador status or Nespresso® Subscribers, who join this offer, receive a box of Nespresso Swiss chocolate added to the discount of R $ 120.00.

d) When buying 500 capsules or more, the consumer gains a discount of R $ 250.00, a discount that will be given on the order, with the value corresponding to the line of espresso coffees, in which each capsule costs R $ 2, 50. This offer is exclusive for Ambassador customers and active subscribers, according to the segmentation of the Nespresso® & YOU program and can be purchased through any of the official Nespresso® channels (Nespresso® Boutiques, telephone 0800 7777 737, website www.nespresso.com or apps for iPhone, iPad and Android). It is necessary to login with your username and password classified with this status to have visibility of this offer.

e) When purchasing 60 capsules, exclusively, customers who are making their first order of capsules at Nespresso®, receive a Nespresso® flavored candle.

3. MACHINERY OFFERS

a) Offer valid from 02/01/2021 to 09/30/2021, only for individuals with CPF and over 18 years old and customers classified by Nespresso® in the B2C offices category.

b) To participate in the offer, the Nespresso® machine must be purchased between the dates indicated in one of the associated retail partners of Nespresso® (see the list of partner stores at www.nespresso.com/presente) or in one of the channels of buys official brand names: Boutiques Nespresso®, telephone 0800 7777 737, website www.nespresso.com or applications for iPhone, iPad and Android.

c) When purchasing a Nespresso® coffee machine from 02/01/2021 to 09/30/2021 and following the related procedures, the consumer will receive a selection made up of 80 pre-defined Nespresso® coffee capsules, of which 20 are capsules of Ristretto Italiano coffee, 20 Firenze Arpeggio coffee capsules, 10 Genova Livanto coffee capsules, 10 Volluto coffee capsules, 10 Roma coffee capsules, 10 Linizio Lungo coffee capsules, with an added value of R $ 200.00 and 1 (one ) voucher printed with a unique promotional code that, when used within its terms and conditions, will grant the customer two free months of Nespresso® Coffee Subscription (1st and 6th month), with a total added value of R $ 253.00, as a second gift, when registering and activating a coffee subscription until 11:59 pm on 10/30/2021.

d) The pack with the selection made up of 80 coffee capsules predefined by Nespresso® and a printed voucher with a promotional code for subscription will be a courtesy with an added value of R $ 453.00 and cannot be changed or replaced by any other variation.

e) The date and amount of the purchase of the Nespresso® machine must be confirmed by means of the Purchase Note or Tax Coupon dated from 01/02/2021 to 09/30/2021, with the description of the date of purchase and the Nespresso machine ® acquired.

f) This offer is limited to 3 (three) machines per person, this control being made through the Individual Taxpayer Registration Number (CPF) and invoice issued from 02/01/2021 to 09/30/2021. h) For machines purchased by calling 0800 7777 737, Nespresso® will send the pack with a selection made up of 80 pre-defined coffee capsules and a printed voucher with a promotional code that entitles you to 2 months of free subscription (the first and the sixth month), to the address chosen by the invoice holder.

i) For machines purchased through the website www.nespresso.com and or through the mobile application for iPhone, iPad and Android, the pack with the selection made up of 80 pre-defined coffee capsules and a printed voucher with a promotional code that entitles you to 2 months free subscription (the first and the sixth month), will be automatically sent to the address chosen by the invoice holder. A confirmation of the shipment will be sent to the registered email within 4 (four) business days.

j) To subscribe to the offer of machines, the registration and activation of the Coffee Subscription must be done exclusively by accessing the website https://www.nespresso.com/br/pt/ativar-assinatura and completing the registration process . If the participant fails to register and activate a Coffee Subscription by 11:59 pm on 10/30/2021, the free two-month offer will become null and void.

k) At the time of registration, in order to store your card details for the next monthly installments, there will be a symbolic payment of R $ 1.00 which will be returned as a credit to your Nespresso® account.

l) Customers must pay by credit card, for the months in which we do not offer gratuity, that is, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th month and the subsequent months. If the coffee subscription is canceled, paused or the payment is interrupted before the 6th month, the customer will not be eligible for the 6th month free.

m) To activate and make the Subscription, the registration must be done with the inclusion of the credit card number, as there is no other form of payment for the months in which we do not offer the gratuity.

n) The deadline for signing the subscription is 01/02/2021 to 10/30/2021 and must be done exclusively through the website https://www.nespresso.com/br/pt/ativar-assinatura

o) In the period from March 8 to 28, 2021, exclusively the Inissia and Essenza Plus coffee machines will have a promotional price. Inissia for R $ 447.00 and Essenza Plus for R $ 533.00.

4. ACCESSORIES OFFER

a) In the period from 03/08/2021 to 03/29/2021, all Nespresso® accessories will have a 10% discount if purchased individually. By adding 50 free choice capsules to the same order, a further 20% discount will be added, for a total of 30% discount on the accessory.

b) Offer valid while stocks last and not cumulative with others in progress.

5. SUBSCRIPTION OFFER

a) When you purchase one of the Nespresso Subscription plans of 50 capsules, 70 capsules, 100 capsules or 200 capsules, available at www.nespresso.com/br/pt/assinatura from 03/03/2021 to 03/29 / 2021, the customer will win a pair of view cups when placing their first order for capsules.

b) Offer is not valid for the subscription of 30 capsules.

c) Offer valid only for CPF holders and over 18 years old.

d) Offer valid only for new subscribers. Customers who already have an active subscription are not eligible for this offer.

6. OTHER PROVISIONS

a) All orders placed above 50 capsules, during the period of the Consumer Day Campaign, from 03/08/2021 to 03/29/2021, will have free delivery (free shipping) for the 'standard' delivery mode. Check the delivery time for your location by choosing the delivery method before finalizing your order.

b) Nespresso® reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who interferes with the operation of the promotion, create multiple accounts, use multiple identities or act in any other way that is considered by Nespresso® to be a violation of Terms and Conditions or in any other harmful way.

c) The boutique Clique & Retire delivery method (picked up in stores at all Nespresso® Boutiques), will be valid when purchasing capsules, machines and accessories. The deadline for withdrawal is 1 (one) day, that is, the next day of purchase.

d) All orders placed during the Consumer Day Campaign period, from 03/08/2021 to 03/29/2021, on the official Nespresso® channels (Nespresso® Boutiques, telephone 0800 7777 737, website www.nespresso.com or applications for iPhone, iPad and Android), can be paid in up to 10 installments without interest, with a minimum installment of R $ 50.00.
