home delivery, whenever you want

Free delivery for orders of 50 capsules or more OR orders of €40 or more

Delivery the next working day
Place your order before 11 pm (Sunday to Friday) and you will receive it the next day at the address of your choice. Deliveries take place from 8 am to 6 pm, from Monday to Saturday.

Delivery on the day of your choice
Have your order delivered on the day that suits you best. You can select your desired delivery date in our online calendar during the ordering process.

Evening delivery
Not at home during the day? Nespresso offers evening delivery services from 6 pm to 10 pm for an extra € 0,99

What if I'm not at home at the time of the delivery?
In this case a message is left in the letter box. The courier will reroute your parcel to the nearest pickup point. The address of the pickup point will be mentioned on the card.

Bike delivery*
Reduce the carbon footprint of your order and opt for bike delivery. If you order before 1pm, the bike courier will deliver the next day. Hurry, time slots are limited!
*Bike delivery is exclusively for our Coffee & Accessories product range and is only available for the following cities: Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent, Liege and Leuven

How can I track my order?
An e-mail will be sent to confirm your order.

bpost pick up points
Choose the bpost pick up point nearest you and collect your order within 24 hours.

Pick up point
Choose your favourite pick up point nearest you (up to 2,500 collection points) and collect your order within 24 hours. This way, you also reduce CO2 emissions with on average 30% compared to home delivery!

When can I pick it up at my pick-up point ?
Your order will be ready to collect in your selected bpost Point within 24 hours. You will be informed by e-mail or text message as soon as your parcel arrives.
Please note that you need to bring your ID card when collecting your package at the BPost pick-up point, as an ID check will be done.
The pick-up points have long opening hours ranging from early in the mornings to late in the evenings, both through the week and at the weekend.

How long will my package be available for pick-up?
Your package will be available for 10 working days at the selected bpost point. A reminder message (e-mail or text message) will be sent to you if your package remains uncollected after 5 days.

Parcel locker
Opt for a parcel locker, available 24/7. By choosing the parcel locker option, you also reduce CO2 emissions with on average 30% compared to home delivery! Your package will remain available for 5 days.

Boutique pick up
Choose your favorite Nespresso Boutique and pick up your order 1 hour later.
If you order at least one hour and a half before the closing time of the Boutique, your order will be prepared the same day.
The service is available at the Boutique Brussels, Leuven, Gent, Woluwe.

How long is my package available to pick up in my Boutique?
You can pick up your order at the dedicated counter at the Boutique, no need to wait in line. It will be available for one week after placing your order.

Delitraiteur stores
Find a selection of your favourite Nespresso coffees (Original and Vertuo) at our digital terminal available in Delitraiteur stores. Also enjoy a delicious Nespresso coffee on site or take it to go. Delitraiteur stores are open from 7 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week.

Return your order

Products can be returned within 14 days upon reception through a pick-up point. Complete the return form that can be downloaded here below and return your parcel in pristine condition.
The parcel will only be accepted if the items are returned in good condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
Items paid in full will be automatically refunded within 14 days upon reception.
