Inferior Replacement Machine

I would give the Vertuo machine I replaced with this one a 5 star rating however this machine is very inferior. While it still makes good coffee it is very noisy and vibrates to a point where I need to be careful where the cup is place as it can easily vibrate away from where the coffee is dispensed resulting in coffee spiling into the catch tray and onto the bench. I could not recommend it to a friend.

Finally!

Finally ! My first Vertuo Next had to be replaced on delivery and was replaced very efficiently but was always too hard to lock for my wife. It too failed after 11 months and was replaced seemlessly by Nespresso but this time with the (older) Vertuio Plus with its smooth automatic opening and closing. Works like a dream and I don't miss the bluetooth pairing and special double clicking of the Next.

No Longevity, but good Coffee

My Vertuo Plus machine is just under two years old and has stopped working properly. I have been able to get it working again by descaling, rinsing, factory resetting. But then it only works for a few days and stops again. After reading through all the reviews it seems to be a very common problem.
I do enjoy the coffee when it works. Before the Vertuo I had an original machine which lasted for approximately 3 years before it stared uncontrollably leaking. I have come not to expect longevity with Nespresso Coffee machines. So keep that in mind when parting with your money.

I bought the original Vertuo Plus machine but sadly it broke down after many years.
Had to buy the Vertuo Next because you stopped producing the Vertuo Plus. (Don’t know why?)
BIG MISTAKE! It I have arthritis in my hand. To turn the mechanism on the Vertuo Next was very hard.
