A message from our CEO -- "We are all in this together"

Dear Nespresso member,

I wanted to reach out directly during these unprecedented and uncertain times we are all navigating. I know the impact of Covid-19 is being felt across the world in our families and communities, in our workspaces, and in the way that we socialise and interact with one another.

We are all in this together.

Our first concern is our people: our employees and of course you, our customer. Every decision we make in the coming days and weeks will, of course, put your health, and the health of our employees first.

Currently, it remains unclear as to what the immediate future will bring. We are adapting the way we work to the ever-evolving situation to ensure we can continue to meet our commitments to you, be present and support you, going through these challenging times.

1. We’re here with you

Our online and phone order services continue to operate and you can receive your products at home anytime you need. As you know our products are hermetically sealed, totally safe and we have reinforced our strict hygiene measures to ensure safe delivery to your doorstep.

2. We’re here to talk

We know that social distancing is key in protecting us all and many countries have introduced specific measures around this. This means you may no longer have the option of visiting a Nespresso Boutique. Despite the necessary distance, we are still here to listen to any concerns you may have, through our Consumer Care lines and online channels.

3. Hygiene and health is our absolute priority

The hygiene measures at Nespresso have always been of the absolute highest standard. In these particularly concerning times, we have gone further and put in place strict additional hygiene measures in all of our operations, following World Health Organisation and market-specific Government advice and guidelines closely.

We remain committed to offering exceptional coffee experiences, even in these trying times. We are in this together and at Nespresso, we believe in the power of people, of communities coming together to overcome challenges. And we will. I would like to personally wish you and your loved ones good health and safety throughout this unprecedented time.
