Odacio boasts character thanks to the split-roasting of the beans’ origins; long-roasted Nicaraguan coffee beans bring structure and body to Odacio, while the light roasted Ethiopian Arabica reveal more delicate notes.
The full body of Odacio is obtained thanks to a long prewetting and high temperature, while the intermediate flow ensures the expression of delicate East African beans.
