  • I have not received my order. What should I do ?

     If you have been waiting longer than the agreed delivery time period, please  contact the Nespresso Club at 800 562 1465, and our Coffee Specialists will re-arrange the delivery.

  • I have just placed an order and need to change the delivery address.

     Please contact the Nespresso Club immediately toll free 800 562 1465 and we will arrange delivery to your alternative address. Please note that this may cause a delay to the delivery of your order.

  • Can I arrange for an order to be sent overseas ?

    Nespresso US is unable to offer delivery to an address outside of the United States. We recommend that you contact the country's local Nespresso Club to register and place an order.

  • What do I do if I have missed my delivery ?

    If you miss the delivery you usually receive a message card from our logistic partner, which informs you that you can collect the delivery at your next post office. We recommend to indicate a delivery address where you are available during the day (e.g. working place). It is also possible to indicate a the address of a friend. Please contact the Nespresso Club at 800-562-1465 if you have any further questions.

  • I will not be home at the time of delivery, what do I do ?

    If you have somewhere safe on your property that the order can be left safely, or with a neighbor, we can arrange for the delivery company to leave your parcel as instructed. Alternatively, if you wish to have your order delivered to a work address, this can also be arranged. Please note, Express Deliveries require a signature and packages are left at your own risk.
