Preparation

Prepare a Livanto Grand Cru in espresso (40 ml / 1.5 oz).

Pour 1 half of the espresso in the espresso cup, and the other half in the blender cup.

In the blender, add the ingredients in the following order: The freshly squeezed lime juice, the cacao cream, the syrup, the rum, the crushed ice.

Beat for 1 minute and serve in a Lungo Cup (150 ml/5 oz).
