A dessert in concentrated form, this recipe adds an intense chocolate and milk flavor to the wooded notes of the Fortissio Lungo Grand Cru. Enjoy as if it were a sweet melting on your tongue.
- Place 1 oz/30 ml of condensed milk in the bottom of the glass
- Pour a sachet of Cailler chocolate over the condensed milk
- Insert a capsule of Grand Cru Fortissio Lungo in the Maestria machine and prepare the coffee (3.75 oz/110 ml.)
- Press the hot froth button
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
