Vanilla iced coffee storm

This recipe is an invitation to dance. The complex flavours of this Espresso twirl and spin with the lovely vanilla ice.

Preparation

  • Cut the vanilla pod into two
  • Using the tip of a knife, scrape the seeds from the inside of the pod, and add them to the milk
  • Pour the vanilla-flavored milk into a blender, add the vanilla ice cream and blend together
  • Prepare your chosen Grand Cru (110 ml, 3.72 oz) in a Lungo cup and add to the mixture in the blender
  • Blend together and pour into a large recipe glass (350 ml,12 oz)
  • Serve immediately.
