Preparation
- Prepare your coffee in a large cup
- Add the star anise to the coffee, allow to infuse for 5 minutes, and remove
- Then pour the flavoured coffee into a shaker along with the ice cubes and shake vigorously to cool the mixture
- Add the tablespoon of peach syrup and the peach yoghurt drink to the chilled coffee and shake vigorously again
- Serve in a cold recipe glass
- Carefully add the sweetened milk froth
- Decorate with almond or hazelnut shavings.
