Who says lollipops are for kids? Revive your inner child with this sensual chocolate gourmet lollipop and its aromatic coffee kick.

Preparation

  • Pour the boiling cream on the chocolate (cut in pieces), and whisk delicately, to melt the chocolate.
  • Add the butter and the coffee at the same time.
  • Make balls as big as a spoon, and add the sticks.
  • Melt the white chocolate and put the chocolate tips in a little bowl.
  • Roll the lollipop in the white chocolate and in the chocolate chip bowl.
  • Let it cool down in the fridge during 3hrs.
  • Prepare the Arpeggio in espresso  (40 ml / 1.5 oz) 
  • Serve it with the lollipop!
