Preparation

Cut a lemon into pieces.

Put the lemon with the sugar into a jar and mix it together.

Put the mixture into the fridge.

Put one teaspoon of the mixture and one teaspoon of lemon juice into the glass.

Prepare the Cosi Grand Cru in espresso (40 ml / 1.5 oz).

Fill the glass with crushed ice and carefully pour the espresso on top.
