Preparation

Pour the Curaçao syrup and the crushed ice into the glass.

In the shaker, mix the sparkling water with the passion fruit syrup.

Gently pour this preparation into the glass, try not to mix the two preparations.

Prepare the Capriccio Grand Cru in espresso (40ml/ 1.5 oz).

Shake the espresso with 3 ice cubes.

Pour on top of your glass.
