A refreshing and invigorating dip into an exotically cool iced coffee sensation that transports you body and soul.
Preparation
- Pour the Curaçao syrup and the crushed ice into the glass.
- In the shaker, mix the sparkling water with the passion fruit syrup.
- Gently pour this preparation into the glass, try not to mix the two preparations.
- Prepare the Capriccio Grand Cru in espresso (40ml/ 1.5 oz).
- Shake the espresso with 3 ice cubes.
- Pour on top of your glass.
