Enjoy Chinese New Year recipe!


  • Peel a long strip of pomelo zest and simmer for 20 minutes in the sugar syrup.
  • Remove the zest, set aside and shape it like a noodle to cool.
  • Pour the sugar syrup, rice wine and soy milk into a milk jug and prepare the flavoured milk froth using the steam nozzle of your machine, or using the Aeroccino milk frother, simply press the hot milk button.
  • Pour the milk froth into a Nespresso Ritual Recipe glass.
  • Prepare the espresso coffee (40ml) directly on top.
  • Drizzle with caramel and garnish with pomelo zest and the crushed sesame cracker.

  • 1 capsule of Caramelito Grand Cru
  • 5 ml Baijiu rice wine
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • 20 ml caramel sauce
  • 120 ml fresh milk (or substitute with soy milk)
  • 1 piece of sweet sesame cracker
