Enjoy Chinese New Year recipe!

Preparation

  • Place the melted white chocolate and 5 wolfberries in a Nespresso Ritual Recipe glass.
  • Add crushed ice.
  • Pour 100ml of the milk and grenadine into the Aeroccino milk frother and press the cold milk froth button. Pour into the glass.
  • Prepare the espresso coffees (40ml x2) directly into the glass.
  • Pour the remaining 80ml of milk into the Aeroccino milk frother and press the cold milk froth button. Once finished, press the cold milk button again.
  • Scoop the froth up and layer gently on top of the coffee and garnish with the gold flakes, remaining wolfberries and raspberry coulis.
