All aboard for Kipling's India. An epic encounter between chai's sweet, milky spice flavours and the cocoa and clove flavours of the Indriya from India Grand Cru.

Preparation

  • Heat the milk, then add the chai tea.
  • Let it rest for 3 to 5 min.
  • Prepare the 2 capsules of Indriya from India Grand Cru in espresso (40 ml / 1.5 oz).
  • Filter the milk and pour it in top of the coffee.
