Iced Peach coffee

Peach and aniseed add an audacious note to this recipe. A fresh, well-balanced, delicious drink imbued with the smoothness of the Livanto Grand Cru.

Preparation

  • Prepare the Livanto Grand Cru in espresso (2 x 40 ml / 1.5 oz) in a large cup.
  • Add the star anise to the coffee, allow to infuse for 5 minutes, and remove.
  • Pour the flavoured coffee into a shaker along with the ice cubes. Shake vigorously to cool the mixture.
  • Add the tablespoon of peach syrup and the peach yoghurt drink to the chilled coffee. Shake vigorously again.
  • Serve in a cold recipe glass.
  • Carefully add the sweetened milk froth.
  • Decorate with almond or hazelnut shavings.
