A dessert in concentrated form, this recipe adds an intense chocolate and milk flavour to the wooded notes of the Fortissio Lungo Grand Cru. Enjoy as if it were a sweet melting on your tongue.

Preparation

  • Place 30 ml, 1.01 oz of condensed milk in the bottom of the glass.
  • Pour a sachet of Cailler chocolate over the condensed milk. Insert a capsule of Grand Cru Fortissio Lungo in the Maestria machine and prepare the coffee (110ml.).
  • Press the hot froth button. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
