A trip down memory lane, this drink is inspired by the taste of a mint chocolate enjoyed with an Espresso. This recipe blends the cereal notes of the Capriccio Grand Cru with the freshness of the mint chocolate and the roundness of crumbled nougat.

Preparation

  • Prepare the coffee in a Cappuccino cup
  • Top the coffee with milk froth prepared using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino milk frother
  • Sprinkle shavings of nougat chocolate on top and add the mint chocolate to the milk froth to finish
  • Serve immediately.
