The right balance for this great classic! All the flavour of an exceptional Grand Cru, its aromas blending with the velvety creaminess of milk foam. Precision is the essential ingredient!

Preparation

  • Prepare two Espressos (2 x 40 ml) in a cappuccino cup and sweeten to taste
  • Add a dash of hot milk froth prepared using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino milk frother
  • To give the Macchiato average mildness, the quantity of milk froth added should be about 20 ml, or the equivalent of a half cup of Espresso
  • Sprinkle chocolate flakes on the froth and enjoy!
