Preparation
- Pour the Curaçao syrup and the crushed ice into the glass
- In the shaker, mix the sparkling water with the passion fruit syrup
- Gently pour this preparation into the glass, try not to mix the two preparations

- Shake the espresso with 3 ice cubes
- Pour on top of your glass
