The charm of the Orient meets the sultry Middle East in the heart of Brazil with this rich, creamy, syrup-sweetened coffee treat.

Preparation

  • Prepare the Grand Cru in espresso (40 ml / 1.5 oz).
  • Pour the coffee, the concentrated milk and the almond syrup in a shaker. 
  • Pour the mandarine syrup on the bottom of the glass 
  • Pour the mixture on top. 
  • Add the ice as finishing touch. 
  • Serve rapidly.
