Preparation

  • Put the fig jam and the hazelnut cream in the glass.
  • Prepare the Roma or the Arpeggio Grand Cru in espresso and pour it in the glass.
  • With the Aeroccino, the steampipe or the latte macchiato option of the machine Latissima+, make some milk froth with the milk, and add it in top of your glass. 
  • Finish by adding sugar.
