A walk in the forest. The scent of crushed mint under the raspberry bushes, for one of the most refreshing experiences possible.
Preparation
- Prepare the milk froth using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino milk frother, add the fresh mint leaf, and set aside
- Prepare the capsule of either Arpeggio or Decaffeinato Intenso Grand in espresso (40 ml / 1.5 oz)
- Carefully add the ice cream scoop
- Top it with the mint flavoured milk froth to finish
- Serve immediately.
