Enjoy Iced coffee recipe with Cailler.

Preparation

  • Put about 1 large spoon (roughly 12 g) of Cailler Le Chocolat into a cup.
  • Add the warmed milk (150 ml) to the cup containing the Cailler Le Chocolat from Step 1 and stir it well until the powder is dissolved.
  • Put the condensed milk into the recipe glass and add an appropriate number of ice cubes.
  • Pour the milk containing Cailler Le Chocolat prepared in Step 2 into the recipe glass in Step 3.
  • Finally, pour in the espresso coffee (40 ml x 2).
