Preparation

Pour the white chocolate syrup (5 ml / 0.2 oz) and the milk in the Aeroccino, or use the steampipe.

Make milkfroth.

Prepare the Grand Cru in espresso (40 ml / 1.5 oz).

Pour the white chocolate syrup in the cup, pour the Roma on top and finish with the milkfroth.
