A fresh blend of mandarine juice, mandarine syrup, honey and Bukeela ka Ethiopia. A pleasure to the palate.

Preparation (2 persons)

  • Use a blender to mix mandarine juice, honey and mandarine syrup
  • Add 4 ice cubes in the bottom of a decanter
  • Leave it for 3 minutes to cool the decanter
  • Add the mixture of juice, honey and syrup
  • Extract 2 capsules of Grand Cru Bukeela ka Ethiopia and put it in the decanter
  • Let it cool for a while and place it on flûtes or glasses
  • Enjoy!
