A fresh blend of mandarine juice, mandarine syrup, honey and Bukeela ka Ethiopia. A pleasure to the palate.
Preparation (2 persons)
- Use a blender to mix mandarine juice, honey and mandarine syrup
- Add 4 ice cubes in the bottom of a decanter
- Leave it for 3 minutes to cool the decanter
- Add the mixture of juice, honey and syrup
- Extract 2 capsules of Grand Cru Bukeela ka Ethiopia and put it in the decanter
- Let it cool for a while and place it on flûtes or glasses
