Lucky Latte with Arpeggio
Place the melted white chocolate and 5 wolfberries in a ritual recipe glass.
Pour 100 ml of the milk and the grenadine into the Aeroccino milk frother and press the cold milk froth button. Pour into the glass.
Layer the coffee on top.
Pour the remaining 80 ml of milk into the Aeroccino milk frother and press the cold milk froth button. Once finished, press the cold milk froth button again.
Scoop the froth up and layer gently on top of the coffee and garnish with the gold flaskes, remaining wolfberries and raspberry coulis.
Add crushed ice.
