Coffee Verzen

Tangy sweet citrus and round rich coffee flavours are perfectly paired here with a side of light, zingy espuma.

Preparation

  • Prepare the lemon espuma by melting the gelatine leaves in 3dl / 10.5 oz of hot water.
  • Once it is completely melted pour the syrup on it.
  • Put everything in the freezer for 3hours.
  • Make a verbena infusion and put some sugar in it.
  • Pour the verbena in the glass, pour the Cosi on it.
  • Serve with the espuma on the side
