Originality and invention are the backbone of creation and this sensational coffee dessert is indeed a festival for the tastebuds.

Preparation

  • Put the concentrated milk in the bottom of the glass; pour the mango puree on it.
  • Shake the Dulsão do Brasil with 3 icecubes.
  • Pour it gently on the puree.
  • Be careful not to mix the layers.  Put on top some pannacotta.
