Sinfully rich and creamy, with a dash of cinnamon and a splash of maple: a truly original coffee treat.

Preparation

Prepare the Arpeggio Grand Cru in espresso size (40 ml / 1.5 oz).
Pour it into the blender with the scoop of ice-cream and the cottage cheese.
Blend for a moment and add the maple syrup.
Decorate your glass with cinnamon powder around the brime of the glass and pour the mixture into it.
