All aboard for Kipling's India. An epic encounter between chai's sweet, milky spice flavours and the cocoa and clove flavours of the Indriya from India Grand Cru.

Preparation

  • Heat the milk, then add the chai tea into the very warm milk
  • Let it rest for 3 to 5 min
  • Prepare a double Indriya from India Grand Cru
  • Filter the milk and pour it on to the coffee.
