Toffee apple wrapped in golden sugar enchants the lemon notes of the Cosi Grand Cru. It is a funfair for the palate, with delicious light flavours that will take you back to your childhood!

Preparation

Put the syrup in the recipe glass, put the crushed ice on top
Pour the apple juice over a spoon on to the ice (do not stir)
Shake the Grand Cru with 3 ice cubes and pour it nicely in the glass.
