Preparation

Gently heat all the ingredients for the syrup in a saucepan until it begins to simmer
Let it stand for 5 minutes then strain through a sieve
Fill a Lungo glass with crushed ice to within 3 cm of the top
Then pour in 50 ml of the orange syrup
Prepare 2 Crealto Espressos in a shaker; add the cloves along with 2 ice cubes
Shake vigorously then carefully pour the mixture through a sieve onto the crushed ice
Enjoy.
