Latte Macchiato

“Latte Macchiato” literally means “spotted milk” in Italian. The hot milk and creamy milk foam are imbued with the delicious flavour of coffee for a spectacular, sumptuous result. This will delight all gourmets!

Preparation

  • Froth the milk using Aeroccino milk frother
  • Place the frothed milk into a large recipe glass
  • Pour the selected Grand Cru (40ml, 1,5oz) directly over the frothed milk
  • Add sugar to taste.
