The ultimate in indulgence, an exquisite, heavenly treat... Let yourself be swept away by the blend of creamy coconut and exotic cinnamon flavours, mingling with the character of the Grand Cru of your choice.

Preparation

  • Put a spoonful of brown sugar in the glass
  • Insert a capsule of either Ristretto or Decaffeinato Grand Cru in the Maestria machine and prepare the coffee (25ml, 0.8 oz or 40 ml, 1.5 oz)
  • Place a scoop of coconut ice cream on the coffee
  • Pour the milk in the Aeroccino milk frother and press the cold milk froth button or use the steampipe
  • Sprinkle the froth with powdered cinnamon
  • Sprinkle on some lightly-toasted desiccated coconut.
