Zesty sweet lemon iced Grand Cru and shapely rich flavour for a touch of Brazilian cool.

Preparation

  • Cut a lemon into pieces.
  • Put the lemon with the sugar into a jar and mix it together.
  • Put the mixture into the fridge.
  • Put one teaspoon of the mixture and one teaspoon of lemon juice into the glass.
  • Prepare the Cosi Grand Cru in espresso (40 ml / 1.5 oz).
  • Fill the glass with crushed ice and carefully pour the espresso on top.
