Shaken not stirred – simplicity itself and a superb icy citrus sensation.

Preparation

  • Put the glass in the fridge.
  • Prepare the Grand Cru of your choice in espresso (40 ml / 1.5 oz).
  • Put the ice cubes in the shaker, add the espresso, the sugar and the lemon juice.
  • Shake until the mix is creamy.
  • Pour everything except the ice cubes in the glass.
